Policies: Read Carefully!
You can manage your own appointments by creating an account! This allows you to keep track of your appointment history, cancel or reschedule appointments on your own and will save your personal and card information to prevent you from inputting it every time.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to me, it is reserved especially for you, I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore I respectfully request at least a 24 hour notice for cancellations. Please do so to avoid a 50% fee of your scheduled service price or it will be charged to the card that is provided when making your appointment. No call, no shows will be charged FULL price. By entering your credit card information signifies that you have read these terms and agree. Thanks!
Late Arrivals
Be considerately on time and note that if you're late then you are only cutting into your own time and will only be worked on for the remainder of the scheduled appointment. Your late arrival may limit my ability to offer the fullest possible experience.
Squeeze in/ After Hour Appointments
All appointments must be reserved online. If your desired date & time isn't showing available online, please contact me directly via TEXT. There's an additional $30 fee for after hour appointments
Payment options
Cash or card will be accepted. However, if you're paying in cash please bring the exact amount as I don't usually carry change.
No Guests
When attending your appointment, please no children or extra guest unless they are receiving a service as well.
